We are an international talent and artist management agency that works with casting, representation and development of artists in film, TV and live events.
What types of talents do you represent?
Adria Nordic Talent Management represent actors, artists and creative profiles in various fields such as film, advertising, performing arts and live events.
Does it cost anything to become a member of yours?
No, it is completely free to become a part of Adria Nordic Talent Management. We do not charge membership fees – our collaboration is built on trust and shared success.
Do I need previous experience?
Previous experience is an advantage but not always a requirement. We welcome both established and new talents with strong potential.
How long does it take to receive a response to an application?
We only contact candidates who progress through the process. Due to the large number of applications, we are unfortunately unable to respond to everyone, but all applications are reviewed individually and carefully.
Do you also work with international productions?
Yes, we collaborate with both Nordic and international productions and build bridges between the Adriatic region and the European market.

Do I need to be based in Sweden?
No, we work internationally and welcome talents from other countries as well.

We work closely with our talents with personal development, matching to assignments and long-term career planning.
Do you work with exclusive agreements?
Exclusivity is discussed individually and tailored to each talent’s needs and career goals.

How do we book talent through you?
Contact us with information about your project, timeframe and desired profile. We will present relevant candidates and manage the entire process.
Can you help with casting and project management?
Yes, we offer casting, coordination and project management for productions, events and creative projects.
What does the collaboration look like from request to implementation?
We work in a structured and transparent manner throughout the entire process, from initial contact and presentation of candidates to contract, coordination and implementation.
How do compensation and fees work?
Compensation and fees are determined individually depending on the scope of the project, the nature of the assignment and the talent selected. All terms are discussed openly and transparently in connection with each collaboration.
